1. General Policy

All services provided by CryptoKOL.xyz are digital and/or service-based. Due to the nature of these services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated, delivered, or completed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

• The service was not delivered as agreed due to our fault.

• Technical issues on our platform prevented the service from being provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be provided for:

Completed influencer marketing campaigns.

• Published KOL listings or promotional content.

• Delays caused by client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.

• Changes in client strategy or decision after the service has started.

4. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

You must submit your request in writing to cryptokolxyz@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
